Shopping on waitwell.com On-line purchases made through the waitwell.com Internet site are governed by the sales conditions stipulated below. Please read them carefully. Your use of the waitwell.com site as a purchasing medium constitutes your acceptance of these conditions and of the modifications that waitwell.com may, from time to time, make to them. waitwell.com reserves the right to cancel and refund any order placed on its site. Customers will be notified by email if this is the case.
SALES + SHIPPING
Payment method/invoicing Credit cards and PayPal are the only forms of payment permitted for on-line purchases on the waitwell.com Internet site. VISA and MasterCard are accepted. Please note that the confirmation email sent to you after your waitwell.com site purchase has been completed constitutes your invoice. Please note that depending on your location, your credit card issuer may charge an international service charge fee in addition to the initial charge. At the time your order is placed, we will attempt to authorize your credit card with your financial institution. If your financial institution indicates that they are unable to authorize your credit card, then you will be emailed a credit card authorization failure notification. Please note that your order will not have been successfully processed if a credit card authorization failure occurs.
Price. Orders placed through the waitwell.com Internet site will be billed at the price indicated next to the description and illustration of the relevant product, in the right-hand column of the "Shopping" section of the site. In order to provide for unforeseen fluctuations in market prices, waitwell.com reserves the right to modify its prices on products sold through its Internet site at any time without notice. Delivery charges and handling charges are exercisable on every physical Internet order.
Calculating Tax. All items shipped to a Canadian location are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax). All items shipped to a Quebec location are subject to GST and PST (Goods and Services Tax and Provincial Sales Tax). Shipping charges are subject to GST. All items shipped to the EU from Shropshire, United Kingdom are subject to 20% VAT included in the item purchase price.
Availability of Products. waitwell.com makes every effort to stock sufficient quantities of products sold through its Internet site. However, availability of products cannot be guaranteed. waitwell.com accepts no responsibility for any damages resulting from stock-outs. If waitwell.com is unable to deliver a product ordered through its Internet site, you will be advised by email. waitwell.com reserves the right to limit quantities.
Responsibility. If waitwell.com were to be found responsible pursuant to a claim by one of its Internet customers, its liability would be limited to the aggregate of the amounts paid by the customer to waitwell.com for purchases affected through its Internet site. The foregoing notwithstanding, customers are entitled to all the rights provided under applicable laws and regulations and must abide by the obligations provided under those same laws and regulations. The relationship between the parties is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec. Any dispute arising from sales or credits, or from failures with respect to the applicable conditions of sale through the waitwell.com Internet site will fall under the jurisdiction of the Quebec courts.
Force Majeure (Acts of God). Internet site customers agree that waitwell.com will not be held responsible for its failure to execute its obligations, or for the damages and/or losses incurred as a result of a force majeure (act of God) or of a fortuitous event.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Policy. Returns will only be accepted on merchandise purchased online from the waitwell.com Internet site. Returns on all merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of delivery if the items are unused, unworn, and unwashed. CDs, Records and DVDs must remain factory sealed, unless they are damaged or defective.
Returns. When returning an item, please email us at INFO@WAITWELL.COM to receive a return form. You can also find the applicable return forms on the store's contact page. Once you have received the return form, please print it out and fill in all required fields. Make sure to include your order number and item description. Pack the item(s) securely and ship the order back to us, including the return/exchange form. If you have to fill out customs forms, indicate the package value as $5.
All shipping costs and shipping sales tax for returns must be covered by the buyer. Please get in touch with us BEFORE shipping out any returns or we cannot be responsible for any additional fees or costs made in error.
If the return is a result of a waitwell.com error, shipping and handling costs will be refunded to you by waitwell.com. Otherwise shipping and handling costs will NOT be refunded.
Please note that if there are any delivery issues outside of our control, (e.g. errors in shipping address or the package going unclaimed) resulting in the package getting returned to sender, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs levied by the shipping company that may arise.
To the extent returned merchandise is in the same condition it was in at the time of delivery, you will receive a credit equivalent to the total cost of the merchandise being returned. We will credit your account as soon as we receive the merchandise and advise you by email.
Exchanges. Unfortunately we do not handle direct product exchanges due to fluctuating inventory and accounting concerns. If you would like to "Exchange" an item for another item, please place a new order for the item desired and return your original item back to us using the above return instructions. Once your returned item has been received by our warehouse you will receive a refund for the full original item cost, not including shipping and handling.
